At Pemberton Valley Dental we are committed to providing you with the best possible care. We charge by the College of Dental Surgeons of BC general fee guide.

We recommend that you save your dental care receipts as they may be useful to claim as health care expenses at income tax time. We can also print you a year-end tax receipt. In order to serve you better, we need your understanding of our payment policy.

Office Policy

Payment is required at the time of treatment. Please come prepared to pay your portion owing at the time of treatment. Patients are fully responsible for payment of all fees associated with their dental treatment.

We accept: cash, most dental plans, MASTERCARD, VISA, INTERAC

In order to ensure that we can provide the finest in dental treatment, we must utilize our resources efficiently and effectively. For your appointment, we allot a specific amount of doctor and hygienist time just for you.

48 Hours Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, we ask that you give us notice at least 48 hours in advance for appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice create a tremendous burden on our practice in terms of loss of opportunity for other patients to be seen and in terms of overhead. We thank you in advance for the courtesy of providing 48 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. We do understand that emergencies can arise, and for this reason we will reschedule a missed appointment, once the cancellation fee is paid. We are unable to reschedule patients that do not give us sufficient notice 3 times.
